Kauta (Kitchen) Required

Dishes, pots and utensils washed and dried and stowed away in their respective area

Shelves, benches and all sinks cleaned, sanitised and wiped dry

Stove, gas burner rings and ovens are cleaned (inside and outside) and wiped down

Fridge and chiller cleaned, sanitised (inside and outside) and wiped down

Floors scrubbed clean with hot water (green brittle brush to lift dirt) - excess water swept down drainage

Back-Kitchen vacuumed and all bench tops sanitised and wiped dry

Wharekai (Dining Room) Required

Tables folded down and returned to back room

Chairs and forms stacked and returned to back room

Wooden floors swept and mopped clean

Heat pump and lights turned off

Wharenui (Meeting Room) Required

Mattresses staked and returned to storage room [in between Wharenui and Wharekai]

Pillows staked and returned tidily inside seating/cupboards along the wall

Floors vacuumed and clean

Paepae chairs returned to the front of the Wharenui

Heat pump and lights turned off

Linen Required

Sheets and pillowcases returned washed, dry and neatly folded [within four days]

Tea towels returned washed, dry and neatly folded [within four days] and placed in the kauta

Wharepaku (Ablution Block) Required

Toilets (bowl, lid and seat) cleaned with disinfectant (including doors)

Urinals cleaned with disinfectant

Shower walls and floors cleaned with disinfectant (including doors)

Bench seats, sinks and basins cleaned with disinfectant and wiped dry

Floors mopped clean with disinfectant

Laundry Room cleaned with disinfectant and bench tops sanitised and wiped dry

Rubbish bins emptied and cleaned with disinfectant

Grounds Required

ALL rubbish (including cigarettes butts) to be removed from grounds and taken away with you

Hangi area to be left tidy

All embers extinguished

No pallets to be left on site

All spades returned

All nails from pallets disposed of safely

Hangi hole to be filled in

Stones left in tidy pile or covered
